To date we have not contacted any previous client with direct marketing, this is unlikely to change. We reserve the right to follow the new Global Data Protection Regulation – ‘GDPR’ and may offer you services we feel might be of interest to you. This will be in accordance with the preferences that you indicated when you completed your application or enquiry.

Section 4 – Disclosures

  • We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • We will share your data with a third party if it necessary to allow us to perform the funeral service. Third party businesses, but not limited to that we may share customer data with are; doctors, crematoria, cemeteries, churches, officiants, newspaper obituaries, florists, caterers, stone masons and when applicable Golden Charter. This is in order for the third party to assist in providing the funeral services. Only the minimum necessary amount of customer data will be transferred to a third party business either via email or paper.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.  If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you that will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.
